Turn Back The Hands Of The Ageing Clock Naturally!

How many candles did you blow on your last birthday? Okay, here is another question, how many should you actually have blown?

It is likely that many of us will answer the same number for both questions, but we are in fact talking about two different concepts, our chronological age and our biological age.

Our chronological age is the number of years that have passed since our birth. Our biological age refers to how old our cells really are and therefore, our real age.

Ageing is an accumulation of damage to your cells. Did you know this damage actually starts before we’re born.

Soon after conception, our cells start duplicating so our tissues can grow and regenerate. As cells copy themselves, they make errors that cause molecular damage. For about 2 decades, we are able to repair those mistakes. By the time we are in our 30s, ageing is accelerated.

Why 20's, why not 30's, 40's, 50’s? I started looking for clues to how to turn the hands of the ageing clock. That’s when I stumbled upon studies, reports and documentaries showing that believe cells stopped dividing after about 50 divisions!

That means our cells have death programmed into them at birth!

The source of this problem and ironically also the solution, lies in the TELOMERES.

WHAT ARE TELOMERES?

At this point things may get a little scientific, but please bare with me, this is where the MAGIC BEGINS!

Telomeres are the caps at the end of each strand of DNA that protect our chromosomes, like the plastic tips at the end of each shoelace and with each cell division, those caps get shorter.

Without the coating, shoelaces become frayed until they can no longer do their job, just as without telomeres, DNA strands become damaged and our cells can’t do their job and they die!

Telomeres are THE MOST essential part of human cells that affect how our cells age.

I am SUPER EXCITED to say the least, that there is now a plethora of evidence that telomeres can regrow if people switch to, and maintain, a healthy lifestyle.

The answers heavily lie in the following, “Four Mother Of Herbs and Plants” that promotes enhancement in telomerase activity. In short, they have the anti ageing inducing potential, SECOND TO NONE!

🌱Bacopa🌱

🌱Ashwagandha🌱

🌱Tulsi🌱

🌱Turmeric🌱

Despite Ayurveda medicine being one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems, developed more than 3,000 years ago in India, the above four Ayurvedic herbs are now going main stream. Most definitely the 2020 ingredient trends to watch out for!!!

Being of an Indian origin, I am super excited to dive deeper into my lineage, the wisdom stored in my DNA and help promote these MAGICAL ingredients to the rest of the world!
